What is Caragari return policy?

Bridal items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Party Wear and Jewelry may be returned within 7 days of purchase, while Lawn and Other Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unused, and have original tags attached. For in-store purchases, a receipt is required. For online purchases, returns must be requested through the same account used to place the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and return shipping labels are not provided. Please check the Refund Policy.

Where is my refund amount?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

How can I make an exchange?

If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please process it as a return and add in the note for the replacement item.
OR - Place the order separately for the exchange.

What should I do if my Caragari order is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Why No Returns or Exchanges?

We understand that this policy may raise questions. Here’s why we enforce it:

· You deserve brand-new, unworn garments. We do not resell returned items as we want every piece you purchase to be in pristine condition.

· Many of our products are sourced from various manufacturers across Pakistan and imported to the US for your convenience. Returning these items to manufacturers is not feasible due to the high management and shipping costs.

· Accepting returns would significantly increase costs, leading to a 30% price hike, which we wish to avoid for our customers.

We encourage you to shop with care and ensure you are confident in your purchase. Our team is always available to answer any questions and assist you before placing your order.
